For bodies, please send a charged battery in your camera.(Except for water damged units, you should leave your battery out) Do not send a lens attached unless it's relevant to the repair or issue you are having and we prefer no straps, memory cards or accessories. Be sure to include a cap on your camera.

For lenses, please be sure there are lens caps on both ends. Don't include bags, accessories or camo lenscoats unless related to the repair.

Film cameras requiring focus adjustments or rangegfinder calibrations, be sure to include one of the lenses you use with the body.

Shipping instructions can be found in the email confirmation just sent to you.

If shipping from the UNITED STATES, be sure to mark the parcel type as a commercial sample or Warranty for return, NOT merchandise or Goods. Otherwise duty and taxes will be owing when it arrives and will be added to your invoice before diagnsotics will be performed.
